It’s no secret I love a green smoothie! I think it’s a fantastic (and tasty!) way to get a bunch of greens and veg in before the day has even started. This tasty and balanced combo is bound to be my summer go-to and I hope it will be yours too. 

 


Mango, Mint & Lime Green Smoothie


 

Serves: 1

Ready in: 5 mins

Dietary: GF | DF | VEG | VGN 

 

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen mango

1 cup frozen zucchini/courgette

1 cup diced cucumber

1 cup coconut water (or water)

4-6 fresh mint leaves

1 lime (skin off)

1-2 tbsp hulled hemp hearts or 1 scoop protein powder

 

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
